We're the DMV's social club for people who do — not just join. We're growing the team, and the application is the work.

Real talk: people love to join things. Way fewer love to do the work. So instead of "tell us why you want in," we ask you to show us. It's faster, it's fair, and it tells us everything we need to know.

How to apply

Find one thing

Look at our page, our events, our brand — and tell us ONE thing you'd make better, and how. Be specific.

Why: it shows us how you think, and whether you actually pay attention.

Show us

Record a 2-minute video — how you'd do it, and why it's you. No script needed. Upload it to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted), or Loom, and set the link so anyone with the link can view it. If we can't open it, we can't review it.

Optional

Got work that proves it — a portfolio, content, designs, numbers? Add that link too.

Why: anyone can type "I'm passionate." Two minutes shows us who you really are.
